i have been trying for weeks to make a soundpack i have looked all over the internet for a tutorial but no luck. any help would be great

have a look at the files Cy posted, each file represents a specific sound, an they all have to be the same & correct bitrate (22000khz I think), it's not the easiest thing to do.

You forgot that some have to be mono, and some have to be stereo as well. It is 22000 khz, Ian.

ah maybe that's why my experiments have never worked in the past lol.
still plodding away btw, all 4 models now nice and clean in game, just trying to cut as many polys off as possible, new templates needed I'm afraid.

A lot of the sounds have two sets, one which is heard when inside the car view is selected, the rest are used for hood/roof/bumper/chase views.
