Hi guys, is there any way to have multiple soundpacks in the game. Like say you have to separate mods installed in your game and you want each mod to have a different sound. Is there any way to do this? Thanks

yep, the sounds are located in the folder named sound. This contains everything from engine to menu and spotter sounds.
The best thing to do is Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V the sound folder, then in the copy drop in your new sound files.
What I do then is have folders named to which soundpack they are:
sound_f1 (Cynon's F1 Soundpack) sound_nr (my custom pack for NR, a mixture of sounds of Nascar and other stuff)
Then whicher soundpack I want to use, I rename the folder to sound before starting the game, just make sure you remember which one it was so to rename it back properly afterwards lol.
