Just to let you all know, sometimes there becomes a time when modding that you get to the stage of not knowing your arse from your elbow, I have therefore decided to restart the ISS project from scratch.

This will put a bit of a delay on things, but should improve the end product quiet a bit, I have already managed to scrape out about a 15% increase in FPS.

ATM it doesn't affect templates, as all the original meshes are still being used (that doesn't mean that changes may not happen) just the way stuff is done in 3dsmax and with the psg scripts is changing, one of the problems was with texture mapping, which has now been sorted, and another that there was so much unused or scrapped sections in the psg scripts, that it made things much harder to do - this also won't help as I planned on releasing all the project files so you could see how it's done, by starting from scratch, everything will be that much neater.

So things are delayed, but ongoing, this is quiet a big project :)

Been there, done that!! I sometimes get wrapped around the axle when building tracks and restart. I have been working on Imola, first the Senna version, then when I found they demolished the old pit area and redid the front straight, I ditched that and went for a three-pack layout - Pre Senna version w/o chicanes, post Senna version with chicanes, and 2010 version with the new pit area.
Then I got burnt out on redoing it over and over and set it aside.
BTW I did the Hungaroring and Long Beach tracks that are currently out and, both are excellent open wheel tracks to run on.
